Although it’s important to focus on self care every day, I like to make an extra special effort on Sundays. I usually get a little extra time to myself compared to other days of the week so it’s a great chance to get my hair done, take an extra long bath, go for a hike, etc.
However, most days there’s just not enough time in the day to do some intensive self care. That’s why I’ve made a list of quick and easy self care ideas. Now when I only have 5-10 minutes for myself, I can quickly scan the list, pick an activity, and do it. No more wasting time trying to think of what I can fit in my schedule and/or getting sucked into browsing social media.
